The Client

USA Fibroid Centers are a network of medical centers that specialize in treatment of uterine fibroids. They are part of a group of medical centers that includes USA Vein Clinics, USA Vascular Centers, and USA Oncology Centers. They primarily operate in the south and east coast of the United States.

The Challenge

I had to find out exactly where the key performance events occurred on the website. There was no guidance other than to make sure all the important bases are covered. There was a level of uncertainty at the beginning of this task of whether I would be able to find all the key performance events and tag them accordingly.

The Solution

A good place to start for most websites is the home page. Naturally, most of the contact forms, sign ups, or other kinds of interactions were present or linked on the home page. Because this is a massive website, I had to exercise caution and check through all the front-facing pages to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

The Results

The client received a detailed write-up of all the tags setup and the respective goals in analytics that track those tags. The tags were all tested, the goal tracking was tested, and the write-up was submitted on time.
